The Castor Neighbourhood Plan has been through its final consultation (Regulation 16 conducted by Peterborough City Council) and its examination by an independent examiner.
The examiner’s report on the Castor Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed here.
In the light of the examiner’s report the Neighbourhood Plan group recommended some changes to the plan to the Parish Council which were accepted.
We are preparing for the referendum on Thursday 2 November 2017.
The Plan is put to the electorate of Castor where it must be positively voted for by over 50% of those residents who choose to vote. If the vote is successful the Neighbourhood Plan for Castor is “made” and formerly adopted as a document that influences and directs planning decisions for Castor Parish.
